can a 1997 honda civic ngk spark plug wire fit into a 2001 honda civic ?

okay IM CONFUSED, i cant find any spark plugs for my year, i keep finding year 2000 and below, can i still use those years safely ? or do i need a 2001 spark plug wire for my car ?
