Can a 17 almost 18 year old boy who got a 13 year old pregnant be put in jail if she

concented? The girl was 13 when she got pregnant and was 14 when she delivered the boy was 17 and will be 18 in 2 months. Her parents have forbided him to have any contact with her and he has continued to try to have contact. Is it to late to but his sorry butt in jail for satutary rape in VA?
 
Ok, if it's consensual sex, then no. The only way that he can be arrested is if her parents file charges against the boy. But there is no telling which way it will go in court. And because the sex act was before he was the age of 18 he can not be charged with statutory rape.

So to answer your question yes, but only if the parents of the girl press charges, and convince her to do the same, (yes even if she consented.)
 
He would have to be 18 at the time (which he was not)
Or have forced you (which I dont believe he did)
If your parents forbid him to contact you and he still does, it is not illegal unless you have a restraining order. And you can get a restraining order, in which he has to not come into contact with you or else charges will be laid.
