Can a 13 year old boy ride an x-treme XB-600 electric bike?

Hey, I am 13, and i was wondering if it would be legal for me to ride a 600 watt, or 504 watt electric bike. in the description for the bike, it says that it can be ridden with no registration or lisence, because it is registered as an electric bike. PLEASE HELP!!!

You need to check with your states department of transportation and check on the rules regarding electric bicycles. There are limitations to max wattage and top speed allowed.

Do you have any experience riding such a bike? If you do not, I would not recommend it for you. Have you ridden any bikes in your life? You cannot go onto the streets with it though because you are too young, but on your own property it's fine I believe. If you are ready and you have the necessary experience to ride this bike, go ahead!
