The largest recommended wheel I can find is a 20" wheel with a 245/35R20 tire, which is 26.8 inches tall, the 245/30R22 is 27.8 inches, which will put the tread surface 1/2" closer to the body of the car. If the wheels in question have the same offset as the stock wheel you should have little to no problem in the front. The rear with a full load of people may come close to touching the rear wheel well lip. It is pretty east to roll the wheel lip under fro clearance if needed though. But, if the offset of the wheels pushes them out past the fender lip, nothing can be done about any clearance problems. I honestly don't feel that 1/2 of an inch will hurt you that bad, but as a precaution I would get a load of friends in the back seat, and see if the wheel pushes up into the wheel well past the lip, or if you can still see at least a half inch gap over the top. Remember to have someone bounce the car as you do this to make sure they won't scrub over bumps.
