Can 2008 SE Pipes be used on a 2010?

I have a set of Screamin' Eagle pipes from my '08 Street Glide and I am considering putting them on my '10 Ultra Ltd until I can afford a completely new system. These SE pipes were 50 state street legal (if that makes a difference). Can I use the SE pipes on my Ltd? Thanks
 
2009 (the first year of the new frame with the wider rear end) and on will work. These have space for the axle nut to not hit the muffler. The 2008 and prior mufflers don't have the 'dent' for clearance.
 
From what I can tell the stock mufflers on my Ltd are 4" diameter at the axle nut and the '08 SE mufflers are 3.5". I was hoping the extra 0.5" would allow them to fit. Might be worth a try. Thanks
