also at say a state park will park rangers mess with me?

I live in southern Florida. There are so many good places to camp in the Keys. The environment appears to be pretty laid back there. By that, I mean that the cops seem to give people the benefit of the doubt when they are partying.

Well, Florida is a huge state! Where do you want to go? Panhandle- (pensacola to tallahassee) St Joseph state park is beautiful, as is alligator point, apalachacola state park. There are several places around Glen St. Mary, Lake city and White springs, Osceola Natl Forest. The keys are great, as is the 'thousand islands' area which is everglades area toward the west coast, near ochopee. Here you can camp on elevated wood decks over the water. Also, Ft Meyers area and manatee state park are great, as is a little place called Pine island, north of tampa near the withalcoochee state forest (no, im not making that up)

I cant speak about fees, it been a few years. Most campgrounds allowed you to drink, just dont be obnoxious. Most on the beach camping areas in the keys are hard to get into, and no glass allowed.

SIde note, its going to be HOT and HUMID until like november, even in the keys.
