Camping around Sydney?

A friend and I are thinking of going camping for a couple of days in a couple of weeks. We have no idea where to go. We don't want to go too far and we don't want anywhere where you have to book heaps in advance... because obviously we haven't.

any suggestions? preferably south... around kiama, but anywhere really is good. We were talking blue mountains as well.
 
This is probably a super-lame answer, but what about your backyard?

A bunch of my friends did that this past summer. We slept in tents in my backyard and had a campfire, and stuff. It was so much fun.

No, yeah, this is lame- definitely not what you're looking for, at any rate! :p
