Camp swim checks, need help!?

I'm going to this camp called Wabikon in the Temagami and they have to do swim checks (like any other camp) So does anyone know what I can expect for these in general or at Wabikon, if you know? I'm really scared and not that great of a swimmer...help!
 
i don't know about that specific camp, but usually it's 150 yards. it is easier than you think, and when i didn't know how to swim, i asked the counsler for some tips, and she ttole me, and then i easily aced it!
