my camera has a cord that plugs into the computer. usually when i plug it in, the file comes up, i click on it, and there are my pictures. ive been doing this for over a year now. but for the past week when i plug it in, a message comes up that says, "a hi-speed USB device is plugged into a non-hi-speed USB hub. to fix this problem click this balloon"
i click it and nothing happens.
its done that a few times before but it worked again when i restarted my computer.
but now i cant get it to work, ive tried everything.
