Camera Phone, whats the point?

i thought i remember reading somewhere that you can send pictures to your hard drive from the phone? or send them to friends? online? or you friends in the game? either way when i take a picture it does nothing gives not options to send or save or anything.... im alil disapointed..

anyone got any info on this?

now that everyones had time to play the shit out of this.. has anyone found a use for the camara? in the pervious GTAs if you found a camera you could take pictures and save them on your memory card (ieSanAndreas)?
