Camera phone suggestion that doesn't require smartphone plan.
My son is going to New Zealand and, since he is eligible for a phone upgrade, rather than get him a separate camera I though a phone with a higher quality camera might be suitable. It appears that many of the better cameras are only on smartphones and I refuse to pay for texting and Internet access plans AT&T require for the kids (they can pay if they want that).
Any suggestions?
