Calling Tmobile Reps

Hi everybody,

I have a problem. I am on my second pearl in 3 months. I called Blackberry support and was told that I could get 2 different replacement phones. One is the RIZR which is EOL. and the Dash which is Windows Mobile. I don't think it is fair that I am not able to get another Blackberry. Possible a Curve. I was told to contact customer relations and given a fax number. I was wondering, is there an email address or phone number that I can call to talk to these people. The RIZR is not even a pda and the Dash is a totally different operating system. Can anybody help? This seems so unfair.

I went to the store when my 2nd 7105t died (trackwheel locked up). I was also given the option of getting a Dash and some other device (I forgot which one). Anyway, after 2 hours and being hung up on by the warehouse 5 times in store, the CSR finally got me the first of my 3 Pearls. I'm not sure if the CSR's on the phone or via email fully understand this. I could be wrong.

Thanks for the response but we don't have corporate stores here. Just one indirect dealer. Anybody know how long the turn around time for faxing customer relations? Also any other ideas?

I would try calling customer service again for a different rep. If your Pearl is failing you should be able to get a replacement. Be polite and be firm until you get a replacement - I believe that you are in the "right" here.

(I too live in a state where there are NO retail store for my carrier (Arkansas - T-Mobile) so I have to do all my retail business over the phone via CS. It's a little frustrating at times. I just ordered the 8320 from them today. It took over an hour and I had to be transferred 4 times before I got a person who could actually sell me the phone.)

Good luck.

They will always send another replacement of the same phone as long as you have warranty. If you are looking for a "free" upgrade, they will give you one based on pricepoint, not devide type. I didn't make the poicy but its a business perspective. As far as a warranty exchange, contact me personally and well get you taken care of. Pin or email is best
