Calling DANCE TEACHERS/DANCERS! Help with warm up please!?

I'm going to be teaching HIP HOP dance at my univeristy.
As you will know a warm up is extremely important before dance as is a cool down afterwards.

Do you have any ideas for a structured warm up and cool down for my class? Including felxibility stretches. Should I start with the head and work the way down or what? Help please!
