Calling all T-Mobile customers

Just thought I'd update on this thread. I'm still a customer but not for long anymore. I thought everything was going good until last month when I decided to switch back to my SK3 after having issues with 2 8120's (this on top of having various coverage issues in the Houston area since last September). I get greeted with 2 outages within weeks of each other. I know the SK outage wasn't T-Mobile's fault but when will I get my address book labels, browser bookmarks and intellisync back? If not in 4 months, I'm out.

Joe from Idaho GO BOISE STATE BRONCOS!! We have been with T-Mo for approx. 6-7 years when everyone else wanted a 1000 dollar deposit T-Mo said no need. We have looked at other companies but with teenagers who shoot 6-8 thousand texts a month you can't beat a 20 dollar unlimited texting family plan add on. T-Mo's CS is fairly good and are always willing to help and we have not had a problem with them so we will be with them a long time. As a matter of fact we dropped our landline and use cells only. I passed my 8100 to one of my boys and now have a Mytouch while my wife still loves her 8100 but is contemplating an 8700. \M/

I've been with tmo for the last 4 years 5 lines on my account and it is by far the least expensive company out there. I've had no issues with them other then early in nov when there was a nationwide outage but other then that I love tmo.

Seriously contemplating switching to TMO from AT&T. How does their 3g network compare to AT&T, Verizon, etc? Does TMO have a small business presence like that of AT&T?

Thanks,
Roger

Been with tmo bout 3 years now.use uma mostly. Only have maybe 3 to 4 bars where I work. Just found out they "cut down coverage in my area" after past few years of "were expanding our coverage, should have some near you soon" lies. Coverage is the worst of the providers I've used. Tmo is concerned with 3g.not basic coverage. Customer service is good. Phones are ok,and prices are best.but may as well pay more if you actually have a signal.
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 1.6; en-us; T-Mobile G1 Build/DRC83) AppleWebKit/528.5+ (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.2 Mobile Safari/525.20.1

I went with t-mobile because my credit is a mess and I didn't want to pay an exorbitant amount of money to start service with AT&T or Verizon. I currently use a T-mobile Mytouch 3G, on an Even more+ plan. I dropped a bb 8100 for a real device. kinda felt unsupported when I couldn't see the tmo web site using the BB browser.

I've been with tmo for nearly 4 years now. Customer service has been great. I live in the So Cal area so my coverage is good and I know where my signal drop points are. Geographical Issues mtns and such.

I laugh at my co workers who are paying for each text and email and Internet hookup. They cant believe that I pay 71.83 for an unlimited plan. Most use an iPhone.

Anyway sticking with My Android for now on, waiting for 2.1 and Flash and Air to come out to my device,
Scott

Using the Blackberry 8900 for about a year now, and in the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota.

I've been on Sprint, Verizon, Cingular/AT&T and T-Mobile... then gone back to T-Mobile after find the rest of the companies out there not as good as T-Mobile, either more expensive or terrible customer server or a combination of both. Anyways, I'm now on my third consecutive two year contract with T-Mobile and will be getting a new smart phone with T-Mobile in about 10 months.

Jimelle Birmingham Alabama Curve 8320. Sprint kept charging me for minutes I didn't use due to what they called round off minutes. Ok.. I call tmobile guy. He says they only charge me for mins I actually use plus they give me a ton of options dealing with bill pay.I've been with them for 8 years & one more thing. Their customer service people are far more proffesional & understanding then those vampires down there at sprint.

We have a family plan. We willprobably go to AT & T because of the lack of 3g service in my area. If I upgrade phone plan price increases but not the service... wow

Hello I'm David from Oakland, TN and i been with tmobile for some years now. I have the Bold 9700. The reason I'm with tmobile is because I love their plans and to me they have good customer service.
