Re: T mobile customer
Hi, my name is sandy from Tucson, arizona. Like t mobile a lot cheaper wish blackberry tech support was better though

Hi...I'm Jackie, St. Petersburg, FL, been with TMO since '02. Love their rate plans, customer service, and totally in love with my 8900. If it ain't broke...don't fix it.

Hi all, carol I'm using an 8900, I'm from bklyn ny. I would have to agree with everbody here, about the voice mail being good, data service is good, but what I don't agree is that tmobile should better the service as far as there towers, I don't get reception in hospitals even in certain places. And as far as the customer reps they don't don't know how to speak good english, I don't understand what there saying, they are very nice and willing to help but they need to learn to speak alittle cleare and slower. I've been with t-mobile since omnipoint. I won't change them for anything. My husband and daughter have cingular and they are very expensive. At least with tmobile text messaging you can use the aim but for cingular you can't because it's not included. And that sucks!!!.

You can try UMA.. I hear because TMOBILE frequency is not the greatest for indoors. If you are around alot of WIFI hotspots you can use that as cell phone signal. I heard Tmobile partnered with a company to have wifi spots in hospitals and stuff where signal is sketchy so people can get phone coverage. There was a website that talked about the latest UMA News/Technology

My Name Is Bonnie I am a T-Mobile Customer, Been with them Since March, I have The Blackberry Pearl 8120, Switched From Sprint ( Couldnt Wait til my Contract was up there, kinda Regret that!) But, Their ok... I like their Prices.

Tired of paying 120 dollars monthly with Att, cut down now to all included, voice, data, sms, mms, voicemail, for 80.00, and, I can used as a modem for me laptop, I hope signal get better, but I'll wait, just for not have to turn back to Att, I'd unlock my bold add the BIS, and happily than ever, still read the att logo, but that solved easly with a great skin, LOL
A nice app is radio on, it kept searching for network once signal came off or sos, its easier that wait until you noticed.

Tmobile is going to force all its customers starting in September to either pay a buck-fifty for a paper bill each month or REQUIRE them to have internet access to make payments?

I've been a T-mobile customer with 4 lines and a blackberry, data plan, etc since they were VoiceStream around here. They want to CHARGE me to send me a bill? Are they NUTZ?

I like the coverage, I like the rates, I like the customer service about 50% of the time, but they want me to PAY for the privilege of receiving a bill so that I can mail them a check? I'll be sending them an invoice each month for my internet access if that's game they're going to play.

My name is Gregory and I currently have a Blackberry Curve 8320. I live in Columbia, SC and I have been with T-Mobile since they took over Suncom and have been with Suncom for many years. I have the T-Mobile unlimited plan with unlimited data and text. My son has the same plan as well but just not with a Blackberry. This is my 3rd Blackberry. I have owned a Blackberry 7290 and 7130g.

T-Mobile really do need to boast their signal strength overall. I am tired of the failed calls due to weak signals. My 8320 Curve do have Wi-Fi (for Wi-Fi calling) and that helps when I'm near an access point that I have configured in my Blackberry but other than that the T-Mobile signal needs a big boast...

I am Steve from Cincinnati and have been with T-Mobile since it was GTE Wireless, then VoiceStream. (early 90's) I have the Blackberry 8900 and love it. (Used to have the Blackberry Pearl) T-Mobile pricing is far cheaper in this market for a Blackberry with dataplan. Customer Service is good, not great. Phone choices have definitely improved over the years. I have no reason to switch at this point.

Vinny from Massachusetts. Recent T-Mobile customer coming from 10 years with Verizon. Being a loyal customer verizon zapped me big time so I dropped them. T-Mobile has been a breath of fresh air so far. Bought the Pearl 8120 for my first Blackberry. Just upgraded my Os to the 4.5.... I really like this phone but can see myself upgrading to another BB some day down the road. The hotspot plan for the extra 10 bucks a month is great. Use my phone at home all the time and my phone bill is very low. I even went so far as hooking my phone to my laptop as a modem and to my suprise the connection is pretty fast even after shutting down the wifi signal. Use it for emergency only but very cool. Ths forum offers toons of good imfo and very happy I signed up..

Vinny

Did you ever think about the Berrybooster? It's some sticker that is suppose to boost your signal. Maybe even one of those boosters that have a hard wired antena you would instal outside of your window somewhere. It sure beats "can you hear me now"?
