Calling all T-Mobile customers

My name is J, I live in SC and I've been with TMO for about 5 months (former SunCom customer. I've stayed with TMO because the competition has nothing better to offer in regards to service plans. I started with GTE, went to BellSouth Mobility DCS, then Sprint, then Cingular, then SunCom. Couldn't beat the what you see is what you pay along with the UnPlan. I have had a bb since late '07 and could not understand why anyone would want anything else. I feel sorry for the President. I could never ever give up my berry.
 
Charlotte, NC here...Currently using a 8320 Curve. Before that I had an 8120 Pearl.

I'm with TMO because they have the best calling package on the market and I think I've seen them all. There are those who say the TMO coverage network is no as good as the others but I've not found that to be true. For me the coverage is just as solid as the other company I was with before TMO (Verizon).

Having used several Palm and Win-Mobile PDAs, I feel secure in saying that the BB Curve is right up there with the devices I've used in the past and superior to a lot of them. As soon as more 3rd party apps are available for those who work and play on their devices they will rise to the top of the heap eaisly.

T-Mobile with our situation is the best deal. 3 lines (700 shared that we NEVER use and 1 teenager), family plan, unlimted texting, 1 data plan for $120/month.

Other carriers can't beat that.
 
Former Suncom customer who is happy with the big T. T-Mobile is great!!! I have a Curve 8320 with T-Mobile's unlimited nationwide plan and I bought my son a Samsung t429 with a suitable plan for him. I'm very satisfied with T-Mobile...

I am with TMo for last 5 Yrs. Started with flip phone moved to BB 7100t and now on 8120. Gr8 customer service. Lowest plan cost.

I had coverage issue with their service and last month they upgraded me to 8120 with Wi-Fi for free. Now I can use Wi-Fi service without any additional cost.

My name is Tennille..I'm from San Antonio, TX...8320 user..went with T-Mo originally as part of a family plan with my BFF and his wife...got my own plan but stayed with them cuz my family/friends are all on T-Mo.

Customer care is great- as long as u aren't calling for a BB issue. Reasonable pricing but they are a little slow to get new devices and for software updates.
 
Rarely is the cheapest the best but in this case it is. I have been with T-Mobile since they were Voice Stream back in 1997. I find their coverage, with a few very limited exceptions, to be excellent. The quality of the phone call is also way better the Verizon or anyone else for that matter. And, here's the biggie, they're the cheapest and the only service where I have 4 or 5 bars no matter where I am in my house. I actually switched to AT&T for about a day just to get the Bold. it was $30 more a month for the same service. I had no reception in my house at all and after I canceled, less then 24 hours after switching, they tried to bill me almost $300. I'll stay where I am, thank you.
 
I love T-mobile, probably posted this a million times! Service is great, prices are cheap, and CS rocks. As far as not getting the latest BB toys, I decided to buy a unlock BB (Storm) and hook it up with T-MO. Phone rocks, and problem solved! I will never change!

Hi, joined up with T-Mobile back in Oct 2007, prior to that had pre-paid. Started out with the Krazor, then the Wing, the shadow, and now The BB-8220. I have never had a problem with the plans, myfav is perfect not to mention the data plan. I hope I can see a newer blackberry with the same key-pad as the flip soon. I like the compact-ness of this phone.
