Can any TMobile rep tell me why I am having constant signal problems in the Houston area? Every other day my phone loses signal and drops attempted calls. I have emailed Customer Support and got nowhere with my issues! I'm really close to porting my number to sprint for a new phone if this keeps up!
 
Sorry to hear about that Erica. Here in Houston as well, but only time I have signal problems is when I am at work! (Concrete building). Other than that, signal is pretty reliable.
 
I have used Tmo since they were Voicestream, changing phones along the way. I am now on my second BB, an 8700.
Tmo have decent pricing, good customer service, and resonably flexible policys.
Above all, their international coverage is formidable - I sail in the med for four months each year, and get seamless coverage through the Greek Islands and Turkey, both directly and using the 8700 as a modem.
I will certaily upgrade when the 3G/WiFi full querty upgrade appears.
 
I chose t-mobile because at the time, early last year, they seemed to have the best package deal for the device I wanted which was the 8700g. Now I have the curve 8320 running on the 4.5 os which just blows away the 8700g.
 
Connecticut here, I married in to T-Mobile...My girlfriend at the time, now my wife, had VoiceStream that turned into tmobile. I currently use the 8700g. I want to upgrade to the Curve...
 
What's up people? Johnny from norcal, I have the 8320 curve from T-Mobile now. I've been with tmo for a year. Originally signed on for the 8700g had it for a little bit but I needed more speed so I went with the curve. T-Mobile has the best plans at the time and their customer support is tip top! They have always been able to help me with whatever and fast!

Tmo for a long while now. 7105,8700g, 8320 now running 4.5, loving it!, great plans, service, phone. To me it's not worth switching carriers because of a newer phone, eventually Tmo will catch up.

Started with tmo in search of better service from previous provider. Tmo is awesome compared to those other guys. However, I may be moving on when the time comes because not quite happy with service provided. LOVE BB'S, Customer Support Great!!! Service questionable!!!
