I left AT&T for T-Mo for three main reasons. Call clarity and dropped calls. Cost. Customer service.
The customer service was a big factor for me. I could not believe how much better it was when I switched. Every single call was answered promptly, politely and thoroughly. Whereas, every call to AT&T contained excuses, rudeness, delays, numerous transfers to various departments and never resolution of the problem.
Hooray for T-Mobile Customer Service Reps! You people rock!

I have been with T-Mobile for 3 yrs. I love T-Mobile. They have the best customer service I have everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr seen. Very helpful. And they spend what ever time you need on the phone to resolve any questions or issues.
I won't everrrrrrrr change services. Used to be a verizon..they are nasty and customer service is TERRIBLE!
As you can see I am all about customer service. When I have a problem I want results. As a T-Mobile customer. I refer anyone and everyone to T-Mobile.

Im Myreon and I currently reside in MI i have a Pearl 8120(I have been with tmo now for almost 3 years now) I started with the SK3 that what started me and then from there i got into the Blackberry game since I got a quality job and felt the need to upgrade my phone to a business phone which was the white BB pearl. I loved it and then came along to this one the 8120 which is what i have now. I am anticipating the Storm on Verizon when it comes out in a few but i hate Verizon data plans with a passion. Hence the reason for me being with Tmo the plans are better than the competition in my opinion. but if tmo does not get the storm in the near future i will just have to get an unlocked version and do it that way. PS Sprint is the devil...lol

OMG i hated ATT&T when i had them i would call customer service and get the you will be waiting for 30 mins message, put on speaker phone and do something else until i heard the music stop and then deal with a rude customer service rep...

I have been on t-mobile for around 2 months. I am with them mainly because they were the only ones I knew that had UMA service since no network has coverage where I live and I use it as a business line. The price also isn't bad at all.
Customer service there is simply amazing. I am not the kind of person to demand compensation for a problem or anything like that, but anytime I had a problem that was their fault I came out better then if the problem had not happened. I have not met one that was unfriendly.

My Name's Jack, I'm in West Palm Beach, FL. I have the 8320 Curve 4.5.0.81 OS. I originally chose t-mobile like 5 years ago because of catherine zeta jones. Stuck with them because they are pretty cheap. I have the myfaves400 plan, unlimited text plan, and data plan and my bill is only like $85 a month.
