Calling all T-Mobile customers

Whoops. I'm in Salt Lake City, UT. I've been with TMO for about 7 months.(I've got an 8100 pearl) We were with Cricket forever *shudder*, then went to VZW, and finally to TMO. SO much better! I've dropped one call this whole time, and the customer service has always helped really quickly and well.

Since TMO owns a lot of the valley here, coverage is great; and the price for the family plan (4 phones; damn teenagers. *grin*) is unbeatable. Now, if I can just talk my wife into that Curve... *grin*

I love the stacks; I've lurked for awhile, and been a member for all of 3 days, once I got this baby working as a tethered modem. (no other internet access!)

Thanks to all for the tips, tricks, themes, etc. I'll keep watching and learning!

Name: Earl
Device: 8320 Curve
Location: Woodland Hills/Chatsworth, CA, USA
Reasons:
1)T-mobile is cheap and reliable enough to be cheap and worth every penny
2)Doesn't charge me extra to tether my laptop
3)myfaves! I personally get a little kick out of calling my gf and my friends by pressing a little button of their faces

Frank, Syracuse, NY
T-Mobile customer for a LONG time.
Started with Motorola Flip Phone, then SK, then SK2, Then SK3, Now BB 8320.
Great plan rates, I still have a grand-fathered 5000 minutes at 99/month.
Customer service has always been decent, much better than Verizon.
Since I;ve been a customer for so long, TMO has nevermade me renew contract to upgrade phone, and has given me new-plan rate on the phones.
Theie BIS rate IS the best of all the carriers.

Miguel, Phoenix, AZ
T-Mobile Customer for over a year now.
Started with Blackberry Pearl (8100) then upgraded to Blackberry Curve (832).
They have awesome customer service and great plans.

I have the MyFaves 300 minute plus the blackberry unlimited add on and the Hotspot@Home add one. Between all of that I have almost unlimited airtime at a reasonable rate.

T-Mobile is quick to adopt blackberry updates. I was with Cingular now AT&T and they dragged their feet on releasing blackberry OS updates.

I'm Stan, using an 8320 after two previous models (most recent, 7290). Chose t-Mobile for the global coverage--I travel worldwide. I've been included in a BES group but am now on my own and having tons of troubles never previously experienced (MDS unavailable... even when signal strength is great).

Phillip here from Mississippi and I've been with tmo since 2002....and I absolutly love them.I was hired by a tmo authorized dealer in the mall here in south ms on the beach and worked there for 3 years (until hurricane katrina...errrr!) and while working there I purchased the samsung V205..then I think I had all the top end phones from then on...had sdk sdk2 sdk3 the treo and on and on but never BB...my sdk3 and my fiances sdk2 both went out on us at the same time soooo we got pearls..I now have 8800 and loveeee BB's. As far as pricing tmo is def the best for what you get. The change to 3g that's about to happen with help very much on speed on internet. Customer service in my opinion is far the best I've experienced. I rate customer service on the experience I have...personality on the phone...the willingness to help...and the outcome. They def earned all there JD power awards for customer service. I've had att cingular and a local company cellular south...and tmo is who I always returned to. So until I have a very very good reason...I'm tmo for life!!

Rebecca from austin tx...just got my FIRST blackberry pearl and love it chose t mobile years ago when they started the MyFav....I only really talk to a couple of people and it's the cheapest way for me to go!! LOVE my blackberry!!!

Otherwise great ! Kayj

Hi. Jeff here and im with tmo because of the dirt cheap plans they have for the BB and so far they have shown me some good customer service so far. I have the 8800 and my wife has the curve.

If you are with T-Mobile, post a little about yourself here (e.g. Name, device, location, reason(s) you are with T-Mobile.

With TMO 'cause i like having a sim card and AT&T is more expensive then TMO.

I have been with tmo for almost 2 years, I've had nextel, verizon' and this service by far is the best on the connectivity, never really dropped calls. The tech support peeps never really seem to know what's up with my BB, 8100 I'm always figuring things out on my own.plus thanks to this bad *** site. The pricing and packages are decent, but not sure what anyone else pays, I'm dropping $20 a month on internet alone. Overall, I've had a better experience with these clowns(so far).

Dear Mr. Rozzi and Mr. Lucero-

I am completely remiss, as upon my arrival at home there was a refund check for $250.00, and it is unclear what it is for. Mr. Rozzi 2 weeks ago stated I had made a
