Calling all T-Mobile customers

hey, amanda from southern minnesota. first i wanna give a shoutout to my fellow stackers, i'm a new bb user and you all have been sooo helpful. i can easily find anything i want here, it's great. second, i've been with tmobile for about a year. i sold phones and service plans for them and knew the ins and outs of the company, coverage and customer service so i decided to join up. i also get a great discount through my employer on my monthly service. i have 3 lines with a bunch of extras on all my lines and still only pay $120 a month. they're by far the best company i've ever been with and believe me, i've been with a lot of other companies in the past. i began with a small company that later got eaten by a bigger, crappier company(cellular one). i left them for a local company who later got eaten by a major, crappier company(alltel). i then went to sprint, who buttraped me on my service. they were painting a tower two miles from my house and i didn't have service after they finished. i then joined nextel, who didn't have much service when i relocated so they let me out of my agreement. it was then that i found tmobile and i havn't had one problem with them. as a customer and as an authorized dealer, i have only had 3 crabby represenatives in the last two years. alltel on the other hand, they all sound like they wanna chop their heads off. anywhoo, thanks again guys!

Just switched to T-Mobile. Been with Verizon forever. Last phone got poor reception & I was stuck with it for 2 yrs. Started to look at other carriers & found that Tmobile had what I needed and the price is far less than Verizon for the same services. Reception has been good everywhere so far. Bought the 8320 curve. My first "smartphone". I'm overwhelmed by all the things it can do. One of the Tmobile support guys told me about this website. I find the documentation that is on line and on the blackberry is too detailed and I can't quickly find what I'm looking for. So, here I am!

From NYC and have been using tmobile for a few years now mostly because they provide cheap plan options. Just recently got a blackberry curve after using the razor phone prior to that because I got a pretty decent deal from the store.

I just like how anytime I call with a problem about service they are always willing to give me extra minutes for the month even though I never use it all. Too bad can't get more text messages lol.

Shawn from Florida. Near Pensacola. I got my Blackberry as a upgrade to have a better phone to use with Hotspots@home. The Curve is much better their other 2 options (well 3 now). Had the phone for about a month now, and I really like it. Calls are great. Fewer drops, and then the big plus Blackberry service. Before I used the unlimited data plan, the BB unlimited replaced that for the same price but does so much more. Also use the blackberry with my laptop to get on the internet. Only thing I wish is they would come up with a family price for Blackberry service use on more than one device. I was told the other day that the data plan on a family plan existed, but Blackberry plans are by phone only with no discount. I have 3 phones on my plan, be nice to let my kids make use of the Blackberry, but it would add an extra $40.00 a month. Be nice if they did something like their text family plan. Still over all, I give them the best rating as of the time I made my last phone cantract.

I am with T-mobile, in Orange County, CA. I used to be with Cingular way back when they were AT&T the first time and even when they were airtouch and la cellular before that. I Loved them and thought I would never leave until 2006 when the service was so crappy that having a cell phone was useless. Not to mention they charged double for the blackberry plan... so now I'm with T-Mobile with a curve that I just changed to red and it's awesome!!!

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~hi I'm from chicago, and I've owned a 8100 pearl for almost a year now.I've been a tmobile customer for over 8 yrs now. I've always liked their phones and the plans they offer. When I have had problems with them whether it be with my bill or service, they have always bent over backwards 2 resolve my issue. Overall they are a good company

I have been with T-Mobile for about 6 or 7 years and have NO plans on switching! They have the BEST customer service very friendly and helpful but most importantly they dont make you feel like your bothering them by asking them to do their job.

And ofcourse, the main reason for using T-Mobile...They have data plans etc. that fit within my budget!

Eric from Philly:

Been with T-Mobile for about 2 years. Great coverage in my area, love my curve 8320 with UMA, customer service is great and the plans are hard to beat, especially with an 18% discount I get through my employer.. ))

Hi All. I'm Manarii from Honolulu, Hawai'i.. I've been with TMo for about 4 years. I started off with the TREO 600, stayed with that for a 1. 5 years way past the time TMO discontinued their affiliation with the TREO. TREO wasn't working too well, slow, heavy, but I liked my software on it. Transferred to a cheapie Samsung style phone for about 8 months then finally decided I wanted to get back into being "connected" with the world, so I got myself a beautiful GOLD Pearl from TMO. It's my baby. I have him dressed in a beautiful red theme and a bondage style (so I've been told) black holder with gold color rivets. I love my BlackBerry!!
