Fled to TMO after a coworker (who is on this forum), showed me the new 8320. After being unsatisfied lately w/ VZ's service/quality, and talking with "The Boss"... We made the decision to switch, and both love our 8320s and the H@H..

I've been with Tmo for 3 yrs, no plan to leave. Before I was with Sprint, hated it. Have had three BBs -- 7230, 8700g and now 8320. Have loved them all, but the Curve is outstanding. Customer service has always been great. At first some trouble setting up the Linksys router for Hotspot@Home, but customer service went through a manual install with me on the line, got it to work. They were great! Still haven't succeeded in getting the Curve to act as a Bluetooth model for my Mac, yet, but that's the next techie hurdle to get over... It's all fun!

Okay so, I had verizon for about 10 years...at least...used to work for verizon. They have the best coverage....Still think they have the best towers....BUT I got a lilttle 7000 series Tmo blackberry from work and I have been hooked since! TMo has everything else: Cool phones, cst service comparable to Verizon, and great data plans!
So now .... I have 2 T-Mo berries! LOL (I know....addictions....)

8320 (first bb) in nyc. was with sprint for the past 8 years... glad that i dropped them. though i've noticed a few dropped calls here and there, i'm still happy with my choice. my only gripe is that i wish the volume went higher during phone calls. sometimes, i can barely hear anything above all the noise pollution on the street.

Reason I am with T-Mobile: They have really good customer service people! They try everything to help me and don't try to pass me off as much as a previous provider did (cough cough *SPRINT* cough cough)..and they have some pretty nice phones & decent rates with hella minutes so i'm in love. and i love my pearl..

Well I have been a T-mobile customer for a while now. It started back in 2002 pre-paid service with powertel, voicestream, then T-mobile. I have been a post paid T-mobile customer since 2003. Actually I got with T-mobile since at the time they were the only company that gave me a plan without a ballon deposit. I've stuck around because of the customer service. Mainly it the plans though. T-mobile has some of the best plans out there. Anytime I get hackled by the others (verizon), I ask can you give me 1500 mins free nights/wks for $45.99....

I have been with T-Mobile for a little over 7 years. And its actually been a pretty good ride. Sadly I'm a little torn ever since the 8830 came out for Verizon. My Pearl is still completely 100% awesome but data speeds and good coverage seem to be more important to me now. And well the Pearl 2 will be making its happy way in the right direction. But that's a little off topic.

I like T-Mobile for one very obvious reason, price. Cheap is far from the right word, I'd say they are more accurately priced. They have always provided a solid working product with minimal issues (for me at least) and great phones. I never call customer service because I feel its too impersonal, so I like to make trips down to the local store to solve any problems I might have. I always get prompt and polite service and if I happen to be shopping great prices too. I just feel like they want my business. It would be nice if T-Mobile was a 3G network and if they had a BlackBerry with built in GPS that was free *cough 8310*. I recommend T-Mobile for the youthful, non-traveling types, GSM needing or those just interested in saving a slight few extra dollars. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

Love it! With T mobile because they had the white Pearl and O2 didnt - no matter what offers they had to try and keep me, I wanted a white Pearl cos its not common here.

T-MO User started on 7105 -> 8700 -> CURVE. Love the curve and the UMA!! also the abilaty to rip full DVD's and watch them on the dang phone. I thought the 7105 was great but each new phone is better and better. Now if we can just get G3.

Love the wi-fi, UMA, Modem, Video, etc.

T-Mo chse me, been working for them for 3 years, I was with att, cingular, nextel and last sprint before getting T-MO. Nextel is the only other carrier that I was ever happy with their services. I travel to Asia frequently and my BB goes where ever I go and it has been faithful and easy to use where ever. I reccomend getting your phone un-locked if you travel, buying local internatioal SIMS is really conveient and helpful.

ok i'm rambling so ...

marty from pittsburgh (or if your local pixbrg)
nokia->SK2->8100

i'm with tmo cause sprint's billing is a bunch of crooks!!!

(and tmo has the bomb phones and cheap plans)

i'll switch to pearl2 eventually.

I worked with a t-Mobile Master agent for about 3 years and I kept my blackberry, and the service of course. I work with another carrier now which I love but doesn't offer handsets such as the blackberry, so I am happy with both.

Reason I am with T-Mobile: I had sprint and it was horrible. Tried AT&T and they tried to raise my calling plan without my approval. Verizon data plans in NYC is way to expensive. So here I am on T-Mobile. So far no problems.

Area51;484921']Ed @ NYC with a CURVE 8320. Been with T-mo a little over 5 years. Been with all carriers except sprint, don't know why but always hated sprint so didn't even bother. I wish i would've picked t-mo first but i guess it's true what they say " save the best for last ". T-mo always surprises me, GREAT customer service indeed. The plans are the best and coverage suits my daily routes and places ( NO COMPLAINTS ). They help you into choosing the best plans and go out of their way to make you happy. All the time i have been with T-mo never had a bad day with them, EVER! KUDOS to the T-mo team.
