Calling all T-Mobile customers

Do you shut off your BB periodically? You have no idea how many calls we get that the customer can't get signal and when asked when the last time they've shut down there phone it's like 3 weeks or so...LOL First thing I do is ask em to shut it down and let it rest for about 25-40 seconds and turn it back on and more times then not they get full signal.... If that doesnt work for you, you should def call in and do some trouble shooting w/ that... if everyone else is getting signal and your not somethings wrong.... call before your warrenty runs out

Hi Feisty...
Its really a matter of personal preference and patience. If you prefer a smaller unit and are not bothered by the keyboard and suretype, then the pearl would probably be just fine for you. If you want a full QWERTY keyboard then you would probably want to wait for the curve, which will be a slightly larger phone. I suggest you go out and do a little "hands on shopping" and see what you like the best. I went from a full keyboard to the pearl and doubt very much I will go back.

I've been with T-Mo only a short time and I'm lovin' it!
After a long stay with Sprint I got sick of their Cust. Service and went to Nextel. I was using the 7100i for awhile which was cool cuz off the BB and walkie talkie factor but then the Sprint/Nextel merger brought me right back to Sprints horrible Cust. Service Wtf! They didn't leave me no choice but to jump ship and I've never been happier!
Great plans!
Great customer service!
And BB service for $20 bucks!
Thanx T-Mo!

I'm Liesl, live in Houston, TX, and have been with TMobile for almost 8 years (it was Aerial then Voicestream, then Tmo where I lived). I don't think I'll ever leave, they've always been so good to me with customer service, great prices on phones and plans. I've NEVER had signal issues and I've lived in two states and traveled all over.

Carlos
Queen Creek, Arizona that's near phoenix just n case you wonder where that is ..

I'm 20(my name, not age)I'm from notre dame Indiana, but now stay in cashville, tn. I've been with tmobile for almost 5 years. I had sprint and they screwed me on my contract so I left them and gave tmobile a try. I've switched phones soo many times trying to find the right one and now I have a BB pearl. I think I'm gonna be a crackberry addict when I grow up. Lol. I stay with tmobile because they treat me great and the rates are the best. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

Just found out about this forum from a T-Mobile person.... who said I should look at this site before I change from the blackberry... He also suggested I wait for the 8320 before I make my decision. I currently have a 7290 and was thinking about changing after my daughter got a sidekick.. This guy told me to take a look at this forum and wait for a couple of months before I make my decision.. I appreciate his honesty and will go back when the 8320 becomes available. My name is Carol and I live in Pollock Pines, CA..

I don't think you would like a sidekick. You would love an 8800 or a Curve. Really love it. I have tried alot of phones and I will never use anything but a Blackberry EVER. Their operating system is the best better than any Windows Mobile-don't even think about trying a windows mobile phone I have done that for you(crash, crash, crash). Be patient or just get the 8800 from Tmo you have 14 days to test it.
