My name is Andrew and I'm from portland OR and I have the Blackberry Pearl.

I chose T-Mobile because it has acceptible pricing and most of my friends have it so I don't have to use to many minutes. But yeah It sucks but at least it has better signal than Crickeet

I just got my BB from Melacom. I'm a Melaleuca customer for $10 with a $50 rebate. Now I have to figure out how to use it. My first time using a BB. No experience whatsoever. Just needed it for working my businesses on the go. Hope it's not too hard.

My name is Janell, I have the 8800 BB for personal use and I reside in "sin city".

I've been a TMO customer for 3 years, I'm on a family plan with 3 lines (2 lines have BB unlimited service). I chose TMO because they were the only company who would work with me and they have the cheapest plans!! Way to go TMO

Hello,

My name is Lady Dee and I have been with T-Mobile for three years. I really love being with this carrier due to the fact I have not had any problems what so ever with them. I have a BB Pearl 8100

As for the packages that they have, they are very reasonable. I just wish they had roll over minutes. Other than that I would not leave T-Mobile for anything. Really great customer service.

Thank-You....

Lady Dee

Reason: Well, I have both Cingular and T-Mobile. I have dealer lines with both of them but originally had the $49.99 - 1000 minutes plan with T-Mobile. I worked for TMO and that is when I signed up for them. I like their service more than any other carrier I've had and their more realistic on their pricing for the plans.

I have been with t-mobile since 2004. I find them a bit expencive, but service is nice. I had the 7290 and now the 8800. I am even more jacked and the plan for this BB is great. Lots of wonderful bennies. I live in Idaho and could not say too many bad things. I mean, you have to be willing to pay a bit for all the things the gadget can do; that is reality! Anyway, feel free to PIN me anyone!

I have been with T-Mobile for over 15 years so when I went for my pearl i went with them. I had some issues which they have sorted out. on the whole a good sevice.

I'm in NY, I chose T-mobile because of the price and because I wanted to try a new company with the hope to get a little better customer service than that of Sprint and Verizon. They also offered the 7105t for free with a new contract. For me the blackberry was a must, so I signed a 2 year contract.
So far I have no complaints.

Hello everyone! My name is Henry I'm from Oklahoma and have the blackberry 8100 pearl. The reason that I am currently with T-mobile is that I currently work for them as a CSR(Customer Service Representative) I work in Smart Access also the price is alot cheaper to have internet than it was when I was with Cingular. I have been working there for just over a year and have found that you can almost never stop learning something new about data devices.

It isn't pda type phones that drop their calls. I've had Cingular for a few years and came back to T-Mobile because of pricing and figured that few dropped calls here and there would be okay. Yet, I drop more calls than when T-Mobile originated as a new company. I will be going back to the new at&t

I had been happy with prices, but with dropping calls and reception constantly going in and out. The cheaper prices at T-Mobile are no longer worth it for me anymore. Right now, T-Mobile's answer to everything is sign up for hotspot @ home. I'm rarely at home, so that doesn't really help in my case.

I have been a t-mobile customer for the past five years or so. They are cheap and have great customer service. However, i moved to a new place last week. I cannot get a signal in or anywhere near my house. However other people in the house who are using T-mobile (with different phones) have no problem getting a signal. Has anyone had a similar problem? Is it something to do with the blackberry itself? If this continues i am thinking of getting the Nokia E61i.

Hi There! Scott from Minneapolis area, MN
Been with T-Mobile since they first came into the area as VoiceStream. Started with them for the great plans, and have stayed with them since, no reason to change. Great service!

Hi Stackers,

Peter from Germany.
I've been TMO Germany Cust since I've got my first phone from them: 1991
I still with them cause IMHO they are the best.

Good Day All... My name is Concetta and I've had tmo for almost a year now... I am also an employee... the best thing that I've found about tmo is ... they truely want their customers to be happy! Just try and call in the day before your cycle closes w/ overage on your acct... you wont hang up till we figure out a way to wipe the overages off... ;o) I love being able to save customer's worries, it's a great feeling when you've saved a person a couple of hundred dollars!

Anywho... I just received my very first (of many I hope) black berry.... I have the DG razor and I found myself dreading anytime someone would text me...LOL took me forever to answer, I don't have the patience for that.... So I found the cheapest BlackBerry on ebay that had blue tooth capabilities (I drive a standard) and I love it! I had no idea that you could put programs on these babies... sweet! I don't even care that they are bigger then my hands LOL can't wait till we get the curve!
