i have stuck with and am very happy with tmo cause of there prices on plans/packages compared to sprints $15sms-$15vission to have unlimited sms/mms, verzions $45 data **** that. i have been with TMO for 5 years and cant complain, i had a sprint A920 for about 8 months(ok phone) then ported over and got the hybrid(ic-502) a good start to a nice idea but sprint/nextel both have the worst customer care and bend over while we bill you plans i have ever had and seen with other peoples bills. cingular is a very good provider locally but they to are a bit pricey for what want. i have a 3 line family plan 8100(my phone) with bb 19.99 data, dash with the bb data as well(saves $10,works fine), and v3t, 3000min, $20 unlim family text and just break $200 a month

Reason: I had sprint that should say it all lol... but yea I liked tmobile's plan and phones

From Chicago...been with T-mobile for almost 5 years now. Got with them after they bought out voicestream. Have had alot of phones since. I have a great phone plan, I have 2 BB's (both unlocked) 7290 and 7230 (spare), and they have the best add on unlimited data plan out there. Custcare is very attentive and friendly and will resolve any disputes on your bill! I recently started going overseas for an annual vacation and if you have been with tmo for at least 3 months, and you have a locked phone of theirs, if you request it, they will send you an unlock code via email. Now that is pretty good compared to what I have read in these posts with other providers. I have 3 phone lines on my account and have had no issues on the bill with anyone of my phones.

Great coverage, and just a very good cell phone provider!!

If you are with T-Mobile, post a little about yourself here (e.g. Name, device, location, reason(s) you are with T-Mobile.[/quote

I'm a beginner and trying to get a music service to download on my 8100

I was with sprint, but I had massive hidden fees and over charges. If I went two mins over they would charge me twenty mins over! After a heated argument with customer service I went inside a tmobile store and they switched my number over and everything.

T-mobile fits me better. I know exactly what I'm getting charged for and customer service is just that! They thank me for my choice and I thank them for the coolest service and cell phones I've ever owned. T-mobile for life!

I also have been with T-Mobile for 5 years 3000 family with 19.95 data bb 19.95 family unlimited text pictures etc. 8700g a toy phone that takes pictures and mps radio for my girl and a old school sony that i dont use because i have T-mobile sony card for internet for my laptop as i need real internet to make presentations with my digital music, movies, concert tickets etc business. Total $240.00 i think is a steal for all that unlimited use and mobile to mobile is unlimited as it is not available now on the 3000 plan.

Name: Capitalist

Device: Blackberry 8800

Date Purchased: 1st week of release

Reasons: T-mobile has a better and more reasonable data and coverage plan than Cingular. The price of the phone is still high. I like the fact that I can sign up for 1 year contract instead of 2 year. But the T-Mobile service support isn't the best in the world. I would rather go with RIM support.
