Calling all T-Mobile customers

I started with T-Mobile when I was stationed in Germany I love the service they provided both customer and product, so when I returned to the States I kept them. Still enjoy them today.

Hey everyone, I'm Mike from St. Louis, MO.

I'm new to T-Mobile, specifically because of the Blackberry Pearl. I was with Sprint for years and never really had a problem, but when I needed to get a new phone, I decided to get a smartphone. I'm a purchasing agent, so naturally I did extensive research on the Pearl, Treo and the Q. Everything I read pointed to this phone and a friend of mine who is also a member of this forum, Aergern, has a Pearl and raved about it. So I signed up for T-Mobile, got my free phone and now, I'm addicted to it!

I chose T-Mobile because only Cingular/ATT and T-Mobile carry the Pearl and I want nothing to do with ATT, so T-Mobile was my only choice. No problems thus far!

I've been w TMO for 2 years. Made the move when I wanted get my first BB about the same time that SunCom left Central Va customers in the lurch and expected us to stand in line for hours to get free phones when they sold off to Cingular (?). They did not care a rip about people like me who were willing to plunk down $250 for a BB. No deals and no plan for transitioning customers (except the "free" phone crowd) was beyond silly. No way was I going to stand in line for hours to get in the store to talk with barely-know-what-a-BB-is sales people and try to strike a deal.

Naturally, with a 7730 its time for an upgrade. TMO HAS been wonderful until this week when I emailed Cust Serv asking about the 8705G and the 8800. The main reason for the upgrade is that I want the tethered modem (I tote my Thinkpad home a few times a week). The BB site says TMO has the 8705G. TMO says they don't have it. And they have no information about when the 8800 will be available. Now maybe I can make due with the 8700 and maybe that will be satisfying (looks fine to me) but I feel like they are very slow with getting their act together. I don't want a Pearl and I don't care about a camera. WiFi would be nice. Are they going to offer the 8300 before the 8800?

Thats my story. I hate waiting (like most of us). I thought you all would be good company while I wait and decide what to do.

Been with T-Mo since 2005!!!! Love it and always will. Even got all my friends to make the switch. With me, its all about customer service!!!!!!

Hello everyone, this is my first post I've had the 8100 for 2 months and I love it but still learning how to use it. As far as tmo goes I got off to a bad start. One week after I signed up I wanted to upgrade from the free nokia (yuk)to the pearl. I called customer service and was told I didn't need the box to the nokia but when I got to the store ofcourse I needed the box and everything that came with the phone.I Can't stress how frustrated I was. A lot of driving for nothing. So don't trust what customer serv.says cause they're clueless ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

New to the forum, been with T-Mobile they swallowed up VoiceStream way back when. Better coverage in my area than other carriers, great plans and reasonable cost. I have no complaints about the company at all.

Reason for TMobile-Liked the idea of my favs since I have friends back east and it's always too late to call them when waiting until 9 my time for free minutes. Also didn't want to pay an extra 10 bucks a month for Cingular's unlimited BB plan.

I'm Moe from Miami, FL and I have a BB 8100. I have been with TMO for more than a year and they have been the best for the money so far. I switched to them from nextel because they were too expensive and now I'm paying half of what I used to.

I broke contract with Verizon and switched to T-Mobile in September of last year. I had a Treo that was giving me problems (what a surprise) and Verizon's customer service was horrible!!! I went to T-Mobile because of their customer service and pricing and eventually got a BB Pearl a couple months afterward. I raved about it so much that my sister got a BB on T-Mobile as well
