Calling all T-Mobile customers

Can you hear me now ?? NOPE ? There is nothing no more embarrasing when my calls cease, lack of signal.... and your neighbors are still chatting away, even if it is on ghetto Sprint ! LOL !!

I have the same problem with signal, I drop signal at least 15-20 times a day. My phone will say searching for network. But overrall, I tried other pda phones same problems so it's something I've decided to deal with until I move from my location I guess. But I don't want to leave TMO overall their service is best and I've used almost all cellular companies, I even worked for Ghetto Sprint as a Customer Service Tech.

By the way regular cell phones keep a signal only pda phones have this signal dropping problem!

Is this a regional or national plan with 3500 minutes??

AND TO ANSWER THIS POST'S QUESTION-

From NYC, been with TMO for close to 10 years (originally Omnipoint, then Voicestream, Now TMO)

Service has always been good. Plans have always fit my needs.

And since we are on the subject, since getting my 8700g I've been thinking of ways to better refine my plan in terms of minutes, usage, etc etc. I recently suggested to TMO that it would be a great idea for them to allow established customers to customize their own plans. Established meaning for example...3+ yrs, all payments on time, etc. Not a total free for all the individual plans but at least allowing us to mix and match from available pool of features with customer controlling the minutes.

What do you guys think about that.

Hey Guys! I work with Law Firms with their Litigation Production. I have the 8700g, I love it! Located in Los Angeles, CA., Good Internet plan! I hate Cingular and Verizon!

Ms Brenda....that's encouraging....I guess I will keep TMO.....

My name is Jamie(guy), and I've had T-Mobile for 3 years. There customer service is the best, and in the upper midwest, so is there coverage. I get signal no matter where I go, and I travel a lot. Oh, and I work for them too! I did work for sprint as a Indirect Sales, and boy did I hate that. There customer service is horrible. If they couldn't answer my question they would hang up on me! Well, I've had a blackberry for about 3 months now, and I will be upgrading to the 8700g next month!

I have a blackberry because I work for a company that sells T-mobile. Thought I have noticed T-mobile has the best customer service, no billing issues, and awesome unlimited plans for the bb..

BRock, 8700g, New York City. I've been a business customer for over 3 years. I got my 8700g for free. My unlimited data plan is just $20. I can dial 611 at any time and get someone on the horn. I love my TMo. Talk it out!

Im dan, West suburbs of Chicago.
I picked t-mobile 3 1/2 years ago after having an att gophone.
T-mobile had good plans and just seemed better vs. attws. Since i subscribed, they have treated me very well. Customer service is great and i have seen good improvements in my area with them. I love the coverage tool. I love knowing where new towers are going. I have had quite a few near me that have been added in the last year.

I'm not going anywhere anytime soon!

I'm Adam, River Ridge, LA (outside of New Orleans). Been with T-mobile since late 2000. Chose them by chance, stayed because I've never had a hassle with customer service. The 8700g is my first BB and I'm loving it.

Pround T-Mobile customer since voicestream/powertell..ect...

Device: 8700g
Location: GA
Reason I am with TM: because they have awesome customer service; available 24hrs; awesome rate plans (get more for less, and I definitely will talk it up lol); and well just because I think that T-mobile is the best service as far as being a cell phone/service provider

Reason I am with T-Mobile: Have had excellent customer service. Had previously gotten fantastic deals from customer care on phones. We have 3 cell phones with them so I decided to go with them for my BB. Prices are better than some carriers. And through my experiences at work (this job and another) Cingular has the WORST customer service I've ever seen. Granted that is MY opinion and MY experience.

Just tested mine. No problems. Have you tried a reset of the device? Perhaps wipe your cache? Click on trackwheel within browser, in drop down go to cache operations, clear your content cache and perhaps even clear your history. Let me know if you need further help
