Calling all professional and semi-professional cooks, I need advice...!?

Cheesecake factory has a wonderfully dreamy new cheesecake item called Red Velvet Cheesecake {or something to that nature}; I had it the other day and boy oh boy its outta this world. What I need to know from you is how would one make this at home, I am a "professional home cook" lol I love to cook and I make homemade cheesecakes all the time, I also make homemade cakes and I love to make red velvet cake for the holidays, I'm just trying to figure out how to incorporate the two. Looking at the cheesecake factories presentation {which is beautiful by the way}; I saw each layer was actually cheesecake and actual cake with a thin layer of some sort of cream in between {obviously to hold it all together}; I need help before the holidays I want to make this cheesecake...! Your help is appreciated....!
