Calling all LGBT poets! Assist me with a poem?

I have five poems I have to turn into in English tomorrow. I poured my heart into four of them because I'm a good kid and I actually care about what I write, dang it! I got two color poems down and working on the one about love. The only one I'm missing is about patriotism.
Now, I'll be a little vain here and admit that I'm a fantastic poet. But I can't write anything I don't have any feelings for. So, help me out kind friends.
Because my teacher is very anal and OCD she made guidelines for us.
-Must be six stanzas long.
-Each stanza must have exactly four lines.
-It must contain at least one allusion.

Ack, help! I don't expect anyone to just make up 24 lines right now. I'll be grateful for even one stanza. It'd be even better if there was at least six people who answered this that each wrote one line. Heck, anything will do!

Everyone knows that LGBT makes the best poems. It's common knowledge, duh.
Gee, thanks David, but I really wasn't being too serious about the OCD part. Yeah, I shouldn't joke about stuff like that, but it's hard with my sarcastic streak.

I agree completely, Fabulous. I told you that I'm quite skilled with poems. I also told you that I can't do anything I'm not emotionally connected to. I can't write a riveting poem full of my own personal feelings. Besides, I could hand in a sheet of paper I just scribbled on and she'd pass 'cause she doesn't care too much about me.

Sorry, but I couldn't give you a poem to pass as your own. I think poetry is very personal and I couldn't let you tell my story as it was yours.

I can help you though.... Try starting by naming things that seem patriotic and connect them with things that aren't. Like a flag compared to the sun or something. Maybe you can even send a message about gay rights!!! Like a patriotic poem about a oppressive country.

The flag must have been shot.
It hung limp like death.
A classroom scene mouthing a pointless pledge.
Nobody knew the reason.

Ok... follow me on this one. lol Maybe it's about the way patriotism is lost in translation to the youth of America. We say the pledge every morning, but how many ppl stop to actually think about why we say it, or what it means?

Does that inspire you? I can usually only rant about patriotism... lol
