I hate dial up

I'm 15 years old, about 6ft tall, weigh 122 pounds, I have a bench, 8 pound dumbbells and will do push ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc I need someone to make me a hardcore workout routine that'll gain me some STRENGTH. My bench can hold up to 100 pounds.
