My callertunes doesn't come on 100% of the time (a normal ring or dead air would happen instead). I called T-Mobile customer service and went through a couple people and ended up with the BLACKBERRY help line....though the supposed callertunes problem has nothing to do with a phone they say (which makes sense). So they're nice and all but they can't figure out why and asked next time it happens, I should log all that is happening at the moment (where, when, what number, what service provider, etc.) and call CC again and ask for the blackberry help line.
Basically the point of this thread is....isn't that strange? Anyway...not to drag out the inner workings of T-Mobile customer care......but if anyone has advice for my problem it would be helpful in the meantime.
