D DrakeFaced Guest Jan 16, 2010 #1 whenever I try to call my friend (who also uses verizon and has the env 2) it brings me straight to their voicemail and it does the same to me when I call them. It doesn't even ring on either of our phones. Help?

P PAUL L New member Jan 16, 2010 #2 Try updating both your roaming capabilities with *228 send and use option 2 in the system first
