not for you but for me 1 game is what makes me get the console, if there's not 1 game I think it's definetly worth, I don't even think about getting it...
3D graphics card -> Quake 1 GL
N64 -> Mario, but it was a new nintendo console and I was a kiddo
Gamecube -> Star Wars launch title
PS2 -> God of War and Winning Eleven (I finally got a ps2 like 4 years after its release 'cause I finally thought they had made a game worth having (GoW))
The wii even though I don't find any outstanding game yet (I'm not a zelda fan so badly), I think it's the better of the 3 consoles, people don't realize it's a step ahead in gaming, it's way too great to even put it in words, 10 years ago had someone told me -you'll be playing like this tomorrow I'd have thought 'back to the future 2' or something really really far away in the future but it's here and I'm glad we are part of it.
Graphics are great to have, I love eye-candy, but saying graphics make the game or the console is stupid... mario kart 64 is still the best racing game ever - beat that gran turismo- I think the ps3 looks outstanding, but imho it's just more of the same, minor improvements in some games, I mean, all racing games are pretty much the same, all fps are pretty much the same, maybe some new features and better more realistic graphics and more action on screen 'cause of the power, but on the wii EVERY SINGLE GAME is fresh and that's something people have to give credit to nintendo for, they're pushing the gaming industry forward with the wii, and it's not like it has no graphics at all, have you seen zelda? it's as powerful as the gamecube and the gamecube did a great job on some games..
Anyway, xbox and ps3 fanboys, give it a shot, play games like Monkey Ball... I don't have it myself, but if I were to get one today I'd get the wii, it's more of a console than anything I've ever seen in my life.
