Call Log problem w/My faves

Okay, i truly apologize for this thread if it has been addressed before. I am at work and cannot look at all of them.

I have noticed that when someoen that is on my myfaves calls me, it logs it in the log as another person on my myfaves list. When i view history of that contact it has th epic, ringtone of the person that actually called me, but the phone # is different. Does anyone happen to know why this happens. I never had so many problem swith my pearl till i had myfaves added. I'm thinking about gettign rid of it. any help would be appreciated.

This is the result of a company tring to keep up with the jones (Alltel) and not following thru with testing their programming.
 
Go to Mytmoblile on the tmob website on your pc and look at your My Faves list. Make sure it's up to date, that the names match up with the numbers and nicknames. Mine got messed up once, the wrong picture was with one of MyFaves.
 
I happen to know first hand that the program was tested for several month before being released to the public then only in select markets for another few month then and only then was it launched nation-wide. My point, one should not speak about what one does not have knowledge of!

Very good point here, but I think what was being implied is that the testing wasn't complete or didn't cover all the devices. There are still issues with MyFavs' and the BB that need to be addressed. Are you in a position to raise these issues with T Mobile management? Any assistance to get these problems solved would be appreciated.

yeah I also had problems with myFaves and my pearl (just switched back to a "normal" non-myFaves plan) regarding texting (sms and also mms) for sms it was character length (I wouldn't be able to receive "long" texts but i could send them) and for mms i wouldnt be able to receive them

I think Tmobile needs to work out bugs regarding myFaves and the pearl so I just got fed up and decided to switch back in the mean time (means I am paying a lil more like $7 extra but its worth it oh well)
