Call and Message Handling

Dear Forum Mates,

I'm newbie to android platform, and I'm trying to develop an app in which I want to
- Disconnect outgoing/incoming calls from specific numbers
- Also delete the messages (outgoing/incoming/drafts)
- and delete the logs as well.

Can anyone please give some lead to achieve this in android ?
