2 and a half years ago, I hit a lady with my car. I told her and asked her to follow up with an estimate. Expecting it to be somewhat soon. 2 and a half years later she is asking for the money. No insurance information was exchanged, and I don't even own that car anymore. I need advice on wether she can pursue this, and what I should say to her. Thank you.
