My mom was arrested for dui and and she has been arrested for it before but no probation and it has been 5 years but she was sentenced to 100- 150 days in jail apparently 100 is if shes good but could the sentence possibly get reduced or is there any alternatives after doing a little time since she has children and bills to pay? I'm fine and have a place to stay but was really wondering about it.
