Calibrate screen LG KS20 , plz help

Hi brothers

I have tried to calibrate screen for LG KS20, It cannot do hard reset (vol down+call+power)

I did repair with Z3X, but still not work
 
creat a an empty file and name it "welcome.not" upload it to your root directory of ur mobile using activsyncr browser then reboot and voil
