Calculus practice problem help-- Eqn of tangent line to curve?

Find the equation of the tangent line to the following curve at (2,3).

x^2+xy-y^2=1

Any help would be great! I am doing practice problems and it helps to see the different approaches people take. I tend to over complicate my answers sometimes! =)
