1986 Cadillac Seville was purchased 2 years ago, came from a Cadillac dealership. It started having engine problems right away, now the engine has to be replaced due to damage caused by oil mixing with coolant. This is a second owner for the car and it has only 40K on it. My take is that dealer sold the car with a known unaddressed issue (listed in service bulletin) and to cover themselves they sold some shady extended warranty. Since the warranty company turned out to be a total scam, is there any way to collect the damages from the dealer?
