Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham Big Body?

I want to buy one of these big body fleetwood's year 93-96. I heard several times that those vehicles actually do 20 mpg. Is it true? How are they on maintenance? Is it hard to fix, expensive to fix or easy to fix? what is the major issue i might face and what is the ideal mileage that i should buy? they have timing belt right and its due at 105 K miles?

your opinions will help me determine the vehicle i am going to purchase.
