Ok so i have a 1990 Cadillac brougham that just recently started becoming over pressureized and causing anti-freeze to come out of the hose, as a vapor. the first thing that i did was replace the hose, due to it being old. that fixed the problem for a lil while but then it started back up, doing the same thing from the same place. so i was then advised to replace the water pump. Did that and it didnt change a thing. Was then told to try to replace the radiator, did that and now it is no longer vapor. it is now pouring out of somewhere else at the back of the engine. I was wondering where it might be coming from? it starts a few seconds after the car is turned on. I have checked to see if it was coming off the two metal lines that go to the transmission, and no leak in those. I have also checked to see if it was spraying from the head gasket, which i can not see anything coming from that area. Where could this leak be coming from? Any advise would be appreciated. THX

Cadillac had this problem with coolant leaks and they devised a fix of diatenious earth tablets. These are round pill type shapes that you crush and put into the cooling system and they seal all of the imperfections of the cooling system. Contact the dealership and they will have them. They usually come on a card of about 6 or 8 tablets. Good luck. I would suggest that you have the cooling system pressure tested prior to using these tablets.
