I just took a caliper and measured the diameter of the adjuster and made a circle the same diameter on a piece of 3/16" aluminum plate and cut the rest by eye leaving a tooth a quarter inch long by 3/16" ish protruding, works perfect.
I actually just marked it with a Sharpie and fed the edges into a bench grinder to shape it.
