Today the cable guy came to finally switch us from dsl to cable internet. There was a mishap with a wire and the guy had to come back. Now everything is working, except for the TV in my brother's room. I have reset it and all that happens is it flashes "hold" where the time should be. We can't call the guy back and I've looked everywhere online for a manual of some sort but there appears to be none.
