c75 death and no connect to any soft now (papaw or martech ...)

I trayed to unlock a siemens c75 with papaw (I unlocked more than 100 siemens with papaw ) but it give me can't write the last 5xxx fild and now the phone only beep but the most problem is that the phone want connect to papw or other soft same as martech !! see this

the problem that he is death in unlock !!! and batterie was full charged and there is not problem in pc or soft !
