Actualy would be helpful if someone could explane differences between 500, 510 and 540. I asume 500 and 510 ahave a same function.
 
Just use the Java midlet hacked by ViperGSM... U must reverse the ESN if u want to use it with Papuas! If ViperGSm calculate the ESN like: 1234 5678, inPapuas U must write like: 7856 3412
If U want to use Papuas with these new SPANSION FlashIC, U must use this english version from here.
Here U can fins some usefull full flashez, too!
 
hi mates,

540 is a pure usb cable (mainly data cable)
500,510 are r232 based cable (mainly service cable (Типа сервисный)). The USB to RS232 bridges are included ex pl2303, ms3303, ..)

Look at this picture and conclude about differences

Yes, I meant C55 cable = cheap china cable = unlock cable
Sorry, I don't know any location in UK, but I got mine at mobile shop, just look for cable that is not original from Siemens. You should find that non-original one really easy. Probability for that you will buy unlock cable is 99%, and it's cheap, so go for it
 
Open program and go to Service->Settings
Choose x65-x75 Series from drop down menu, and also choose right COM port
That's it!
 
I know there's zillion of solutions on this forum already but for all lazy & newbie members which are lost in such a numberous solutions posted, and still asking me for help I wrote this little tutorial.



1. put px75v1 java app on your phone in java/jam/games folder and run that app with data cable (original Siemens) still connected
-it will calculate you Hash & ESN codes after few minutes, write them to paper
P.S. If this app don't work try with px65v5 java app (both on forum for download-->search"px75v1")
2. diconnect cable & turn off mobile
3. Connect simple "china made" cable to phone & run x65PapuaUtilsV077-eng.exe (it is English version & can be found in this forum)
4. In codes tab of papua's soft write first IMEI then Hash & ESN which U got
5. Click Calc SKEY + BootKey button
- after less than minute you will got SKEY & BootKey calculated
6. Phone is off ; now power on phone & while phone is booting quickly press Enter SKEY in phone button in Codes tab
-If it shows something bla bla..."Factory mode" ..bla bla than you managed it right & you can go to step 7
-if doesn't show "Factory mode" repat step 6 until it works
7. Click on Freia.log button
A) save dialog will appear, choose "No" & some blocks will be written to phone & phone will be unlocked
B) if you choose "Yes" in save dialog it will save freia.log, and after you must create .map file from this .log with Freia and then use Siemens EEPROM tool.exe to upload map file to phone to unlock it (result is same, just more complicated, and use it only if solution A)

you got x65 cable for universal box?
I don't have uni box, but it should work/register itself on some com port.
Check that port on Control panel/ System properties/device manager/ports
and then choose that port in Papuas
 
Thi is right, but point "4.In codes tab of papua's soft write first IMEI then Hash & ESN which U got" You must write ESN back to front if ESN like this: AF12-34BF, write in Papua -> BF3412AF , and All be done.

Man, you did not upload java right way. you cannot upload just *.jar file and run it.
Like hacktek sad "copy the whole folder, not only the .jar and .jad files"
 
Did u try this solution with new c72,v22 (some modification below yojstick and keyboard, inserted blue plastick piece). Im doing whithout java patcher, with TP, and get ESN, HASH, IMEI, but cant calculate S-key, (u can see on thread below). Will patcher calculate diferent ESN, HASH?
 
can anyone post testpoint pic for c72 here,
i tried the pic from Siemens Testpoint Selector from GSMTower, and it doesnt work!
 
please someone post here usb cable schema for flashing siemens phone.

please i want more explanation and the different between the cable using to upload java app' (i want to have his pin out)
i always use c55 china cable to unlock siemens such as C55,A55,C60 this cable must be use to upload java appl or for service job( this cable of course have Gd2, Tx3, Rx4)
what is pin out of the anothere cable please
