C45 power off when someone calls

Hi. I've got a problem with my Siemens C45. Don't know if someone is having the same trouble, but when a receive a call the phone turns off. I really don't know what to do. Maybe the battery is not charging or maybe it's problem in the cell phone.

Please help me
 
try to change battery if stil prob...
you must open the phone its hardwear
if you cant ok no prob...
you can change the phone
 
please try and change the pa but make sure there is no break in the batt cells
if there is a break can cause that
 
first cause is battery , second is pa, third is flash, four is battery terminals,
i say also clean board and clean battery terminals,
i had one yesterday , i had to replace battery terminals, battery, and to clean board
