c45 files for twister

hi. maybe this is in the wrong forum and i know siemens isnt supported by twister but i got a c45 from norway here. i have readout the firmware and eeprom from it. and i am wondering. can this files be used in another c45? andif anyone have c45 files for twister with russian lang. if yes then i would love to have them. if not. tougth luck then. hehe

hoping for a quick answer.
