c25 v49 wrong sw

i have c25 that i tried unlocking with all25, and after "unlock", phone says "wrong software". i flashed it to v49 with 1MB flash, and still says "wrong software". and it wont get into service mode.
What can i do??

..."all25" is for the lower firmware version and "all26" is for the highter...
This tools worked on DOD/Win95/Win98 and Win-Millenium
Other tool used for C25/S25 is "Siemens Maker" - by Bartek
