C&C seat ordered

Has anyone come from a HD brawler solo to a C&C solo? I love the seat position
(1.5" down and 1.5 back) of my brawler but I would like a back rest.
 
I had a C&C on my 94 Fatboy and took a few trips from NC to PA with no discomfort whatsoever. I have used the C&C Fastback on my current scoot and, just like the one that was on the Fatboy, is a very comfy seat..at least for me. I now run with the C&C solo with the same results. I find it's a perfect seat, for me, whether it's a short run or a few day jaunt.

I did have the backrest hardware included in the solo seat but currently don't have the backrest. I will be getting this very soon. I believe I read in another post that someone had Chuck make the backrest pad larger. Can anyone comment on the shape/size of the standard backrest? I've also read in this thread that someone extended the backrest stem. I'm 5'9" and thinking this extension wouldn't be necessary.

Love my C&C's....might sell the Fastback since I alway ride solo.
 
Love my sport tour, little hard but fits my butt perfectly. Seems to have lowered the seating position about 1 inch. I ordered the leather with blue flame stiching
 
I have the SportTourer on my 2010 StreetGlide. Using the stock Streetglide seat as a guide I had Chuck "move" me forward 2" as the stock SportTourer is 1" BACK from the stock seat according to Chuck. This modification cost me an extra $75 but it put me dead on where I wanted to be sitting in the saddle. The C&C also "dropped" me about an inch to where I can now flat foot the bike (I am 5'7"). I also bought the backrest and also had Chuck recover my stock HD passenger backrest, all three pieces in leather with the red thread devil's tail pattern. Top quality! I have about 500~600 miles on the seat now and its beginning to break in nicely. Was a loyal Corbin fanatic but this C&C is fantastic!
 
Any of you have the gel? Post some pictures if possible. Do you feel it added some style to your bike? I gather that it will put me further back in the saddle if i get no mods to the stock configuration?? What is the feedback of your passenger(s) on the back seat? Wife always tends to slide forward with stock seat, trying to find something that wil help her stay put but also looks / feels better than stock.
 
Got mine about 3 weeks ago, love it solo #31 on custom seat section on their website (solo, red devils tail stitching) for my blk 06 road king I love it week later ordered, and got matching pillion love it, week later ordered and got matching leather chap for fender, just got it love it. Great people to work with would recommend to everyone. When I learn to post pics I will!!
