Bypassing rear catalytic converter on Mazda Tribute 3.0?

I know- I know this is not legal and all that BS but the great state of Kalifornia has made sure that i cannot put a universal cat or even a 49 state legal cat on my car. And since it is also apparently illegal to go get a cat from a junk yard ( I guess kalifornia figured out that trick ) I am left with no other option but to have that cat installed professionally buy someone with more money than me and who will request more money than I have. Since my piece of crap Mazda has THREE f-ing cats and and I'm not entirely sure which one is the problem, I'm going to try removing the main cat and see if that helps, If it does then I will fully remove it and try to bypass or find a 49 state legal cat until I can afford all the K-Y jelly I will need when I get a Kalifornia legal Cat put on. Any suggestions as to how to bypass this main cat. Can i just run pipe or will that throw off the computer? Any help sticking it the Commie State of Kalifornia and helping out a poor working stiff would be greatly appreciated.

Even if you bypass it your 02 sensors will not read pre and post cat exhaust levels and you will still fail on emissions, sorry....
